What is it? A ministry of care
For whom? All who cannot come to St. Thomas physically
Where? In homes, care centers, assisted living
How? Personal visits or phone calls
The goal of the Visitation and Phone Ministry is to ensure that no member of our faith community is forgotten and to encourage a sense of belonging and connection.
