Senior Living Resource Booklet
The Senior Resource Booklet of 2013, was developed by the Faith Community Nurse for St Thomas Parishioners and released as requested.
Independent, Assisted, Skilled, and Home Care; Senior Living options were defined and listed with contact information.
An updated version was completed in January 2023 as Senior Living Resource Booklet.
With a similar format, a volunteer and certified Nurse Case Manager updated and consulted with senior living experts to provide the 2023 appropriate edition.
