Pastoral Care
- If you would like a pastoral visit with Communion in the home or hospital, please contact Annette Kubalanza, Director of Pastoral Care, at 630.355.8980, x124.
- If you are admitted to a hospital and would like Communion, notify St. Thomas so we may make a pastoral visit. Churches are no longer notified of hospitalizations.
- If you would like a prayer shawl or prayer square for emotional and spiritual support, contact Felicia Lawlor, RN, Faith Community Nurse, at 630.355.8980, x104.
