Introducing our New Pastor
With Fr. Danaher retiring this summer, St. Thomas will have a new pastor starting July 1. Below is a brief introduction from Fr. Peter Infanger.
Hi! My name is Fr. Peter Infanger. I am completing two years as a priest at Saint Walter in Roselle. Prior to that I was a deacon for one year at Saint Matthew in Glendale Heights and before that an intern at Saint Mary in Mokena. I am a second vocation. I was married for 34 years until my wife, Michelle, died from cancer nine years ago. I have two sons. Michael is married to Amy and have three children: Rosemary, 6, Theodore, 3, and Celia, one month. They live in Park Ridge. My son Andrew is a priest for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. I was raised in the Northeast United States and raised my family in St Louis. I worked in Product Management/Marketing at Procter & Gamble, Ralston Purina and ConAgra Foods for 32 years.
