An Update from Fr. Frantzdy
Fr. Frantzdy, the pastor of our twinning parish, St. Marie Madeleine in Duchity, Haiti, shared this message with us:
“I just want to inform you that yesterday afternoon I had a car accident while driving from Les Cayes to the airport. Hopefully, I’m not injured, but I have pain in my neck. The parish car had fallen on the side of the road. Many parts of it have been damaged or destroyed. Please continue praying for me and thanking God for saving my life from this car accident.”
“Thank you very much for your constant prayers for Haiti and for me. After the accident I realized that I was helped by so many people’s prayers if I could get outside the fallen car breathing easily while the surrounding crowd thought that the driver should have died from that accident. Thank you very much! I think that God has His ears close to your heart and I’m part of His grace through your deep faith and Humanity. I will always be grateful to you all for the rest of my life. May God, in return, not cease to pour His blessings in your life forever and ever!”
